How do the tickets work?
Our system uses a simple credit model. 1 Ticket = 1 Class. When you book a class, one ticket is automatically deducted from your account.
Do tickets expire?
Yes, each package has a validity period (1 month for Monthly, 1 year for Annual) to encourage regular practice. Extensions can be granted for medical reasons.
Can I share my tickets?
Tickets are non-transferable and linked to your personal account to track your progress and health history.
What happens if I cancel a class?
If you cancel at least 12 hours before the class, your ticket is returned to your account. Late cancellations will consume the ticket.
